How do I change Sera's greeting and personality?
Tone, personality and the facts Sera can use live in the Knowledge Base.
Quick answer
Open Knowledge Base and use the Voice profile tab to set Sera's tone, personality and greeting. The same area holds the practice facts and FAQs Sera can use on a call. Changes apply on the next call.
Steps
- Open Knowledge Base.
- Open the Voice profile tab.
- Edit the greeting, tone and personality.
- Save, then use the Test panel to see exactly what Sera will receive on a call.
The Test panel regenerates from your current settings, so it always reflects what Sera would actually be told on a call right now.
